Job Description : |
- Good understanding of microcontroller based systems, hardware interfacing, tracing a designed circuit for fault finding & servicing
- Servicing of Biometric based products, Attendance Systems and Access Control Systems (Fingerprint/ RFID/ MiFare based systems)
- Providing Online & Telephonic support to clients for Hardware and Software
- Resolving technical issues/ problems faced at client site
- Responsible for Black Box testing of new devices (Time Attendance, Access Control, iGuards, Hamsters)
- Preparing User manuals, Technical documents and Test procedure
- Preparing technical documentation for all new products
